the dogs just woke up from a nap and wanted to let you know they had a good day. they went for a big walk and it was sunny. they miss you. daddy spent the day at the library.

middle of the week ambivalence

its hard to title these things. i mean what did i do today that merits a title? i woke up. thats a pretty good title. its very true, i did wake up this morning. i guess i also showered, burshed my teeth, and got myself dressed. so if nothing else i can at least be thankful i got that done. all is well in harri pa! only a few more weeks until the black crowes get back together and make a little noise in my ear hole.

Two Hearts

well last night we went out for julia's birthday. we went to mangia qui downtown. it was wonderful! i wanted to do something nice for her (cause i knew if i didn't dinner would be 'ok" not 'wonderful!'), so i had a nice bottle of pinot grigio chilled at the table when we arrived. our food was excellent as usual and the atmosphere was as good as it can get. rumor is mangia qui is going to be reopening their tapas bar soon....anyway another week is closing and we are one week closer to the much anticipated black crowes reunion shows in NYC and the arrival of my friend steve from the midwest. terribly exciting. the big question remains: who's gonna be in the band? chris? rich? ed? steve? marc? boa? jerry(haha)?

today is saturday and i begin my sabbath: cops at 8, reggae at 9. sleepy around midnight. no work monday, presidents day! g-d bless the usa! hahahahahaha!

God Loves The Black Crowes

well ladies and gentlemen i have the most perfect girlfriend in the universe. she is smart, beautiful, and she scored tickets to the march reunion of The Black Crowes! Julia, the woman i adore, will accompany my friends and myself to a weekend of rock and roll adventure! its a great day today!
